Budget and Structure

For 3 years we were allocated $ 50 m. From table 1, we can see that there was left $ 2 901 895. We are going to spend this sum for renovation of our 3 new Flagship stores, and of existing restaurants as well. Besides, there might occur some additional costs associated with traditional advertising.

*The currency exchange rate that we used was £1 = $1.61312 and $1 = £0.619106.

In general, we believe the structure of our budget is quite economic. The major reason behind is that we made extensive use of non-traditional marketing.  And its tools used in the Internet are much cheaper than traditional ones.

Likely profit generation

Table 2.4 reduces the targeted group of UK’s population to those 28% living in London, Birmingham and Manchester and also to those who consume Fast Food.

They are 82% of the UK’s population (AskHow, 2012).

According to our group’s survey on Fast Food consumption, people eat Fast Food 3 times a week in general.

In the year 2012 our Operating Profit equals $51 760 755, so our Profit after paying Interests, Taxes and Dividends is likely to constitute 20% of the Operatig Profit, which equals $ 10 352 151.

We expect our Net Profit to increase by 15% each year. Table 3.1 and Chart 2 illustrate our likely Profit generation.

Table 2.1 shows projected populations in the UK from 2012 till 2018. For our targeted segment we choose only statistics for people aged 18 – 30 in in years 2012 – 2015.

Table 2.5 considers the average price for a meal at Wimpy.

It is considered to be £8, which is around $13.
